Norma-Jean (“NJ”) Strickland is the Chief Visionary Officer and

Executive Producer of Starlight Creative Productions, LLC

Ms. Strickland's life has been a wonderful unfolding of creative expression! She is an educator, speaker, writer, classical musician, photographer, colorful character and curious creature, who loves discovering new things!

Norma-Jean has had the privilege of touching the lives of thousands of people in meaningful ways. However, as she has evolved, she is ready to take a quantum leap in all areas of life!

As a former on-air radio host in Southern California, the beginning of NJ's writing and storytelling career was launched. She is a published PBS television Emmy Award-winning celebrity ghostwriter (for Simon & Schuster and others), plus is a published author in her own voice.

NJ's approach to writing focuses on the child inside everyone who calls forth innocent wonder at the inexhaustible richness of life! She is inherently joyful and people say her enthusiasm is contagious! Her vision is to delight and bring joy, love and healing to the human heart through music, story and play!

Norma-Jean's goal is to make a difference in people’s lives by increasing awareness of the power of personal transformation, which most often occurs through education and learning about options and possibilities.

Her background includes teaching in a variety of settings for over 25 years. People learn in different ways and NJ believes the key to meeting each person’s unique instruction is to listen to what they want to study and accomplish. As an expert in working with people with disabilities, listening is absolutely essential.

Norma-Jean is particularly interested in emerging new media and how that can serve as a catalyst for positive change in people’s lives. She is seeking opportunities to collaborate because she believes we can create a world where everyone is given the possibility to live creatively fulfilling lives!
